The Kurumafu Katsu, or nicknamed "Vegan Pork Belly", is made using Japanese wheat gluten, seasoned with our home-made marinade, breaded and deep fried till crispy, and served with our home-made vegan tartar sauce dip.

For best results, we recommend air frying or baking them slightly in an oven toaster before consuming.
