Udon is a highly popular Japanese comfort food. This dish has a long history, and its preparation, broth flavours, and way of consumption varies widely across different prefectures in Japan.

The Bukkake Udon is a regional specialty from Kagawa and Okayama. In Okayama prefecture, birthplace of chef Tomoe, the Bukkake Udon is commonly eaten cold, with a thick and rich broth drizzled over the noodles.

The two most important components of the Udon are the noodles and broth. At Veg-An, we use Udon noodles imported from Japan to ensure its quality and firm texture, and our broth, specially blended in-house, is also made with ingredients imported from Japan.


* Excess broth is included in the pack so please use only the right amount that suits your taste. Do not pour all the broth at one go, as it might be too salty for some.
